Valley Properties is a non-profit organisation established
in 1998 to manage buildings constructed during the life
of City Challenge (1993-1998). In order to continue some
of the social projects commenced during the City Challenge,
a revenue stream was established comprised of the rent
income from Wigan Investment Centre, Rosebridge Court,
Coops Business Centre, and Hope Enterprise Centre. These
rents, after deduction of expenses for maintaining the
properties are passed onto Douglas Valley Communities
to assist the Boroughs Communities. |
